How do I become accredited?

Becoming an accredited landlord is simple and will take you no more than a few minutes.

Check out our aims and code of conduct , then complete the online application. The application will ask you for some basic information about you , your properties and expect you to upload copies of your gas , electrical safety certificates and EPC. If you don't have them to hand , don't worry you can still apply and you can upload them later.

Accreditation will be given where a landlord fulfils the criteria of the Scheme. This will involve ensuring, as far as reasonably possible, that the landlord is responsible, competent and suitable to be a member of the Scheme.
